KAE undertook the detailed concept and design for this fully air conditioned pharmaceutical warehouse.

The design included detailed assessment of the buildings thermal and moisture transfer characteristics to avoid surface and interstitial condensation.

Computational Fluid dynamics were also undertaken to predict the temperature conditions throughout the warehouse to ensure high level rack stored products were adequately conditioned.

ELECTRICAL

Emergency Power Plant (EPP)

KAE to date have undertaken approximately 10 EPP installations for various projects. EPP plant sizes have varied from 80kW through to 1MW.

The installations have been both air cooled and water-cooled, requiring remote radiators etc.

Many of the installations have required all new rooms to house the plants (all undertaken by KAE as a turn key service).
