Spencer joined KAE in 2010.
Spencer has more than 30 years experience in building services on
residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, education and health care
buildings. He specializes in the design and construction management of
lighting & power, back-up power supply, fire detection and emergency
warning, IT, audio & visual, security, BMS, vertical transportation, and car
park management systems. He has worked on projects in Australia as well
as overseas, such as Hong Kong, Indonesia, Dubai and Jordan.

Spencer has extensive experience in the design and construction
management of electrical services in residential apartments, office towers
and fit-out installation, shopping centers and tenancy fit-out, hotels,
